Glucosamine sulfate protects joint cartilage by limiting breakdown and promoting build up of cartilages, effectively easing discomfort associated with osteoarthritis. DIRECTIONS

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with plenty of water, half an hour after meals or as directed by a health care professional

    I didn’t find any difference in my joint health after taking 3 pills a day for a month. Add indicates you feel better after a week . That didn’t happen.
